It was not inexpensive ( $100 for roughly twenty mins of work ) but good to understand it was not more major.

So I rang a local San Francisco plumbing company. I made a Saturday morning appointment last Wednesday. the plumber arrived on time diagnosed my noisy bathroom toilet on the first floor and concurred with my thinking that the developer used cheap bathroom toilet in the furnishings. Besides that it was not fully bolted in.

He said the bathroom toilet on the first floor flapper was at issue and would be relatively expensive to fix for him. All costs were estimate priced clearly before any plumbing work on the bathroom toilet on the first floor was performed.

He then suggested to buy & for him to remove the old and in the toilet stall a new bathroom toilet on the first floor at one single cost over $510 but not $710. I know that is not cheap but I was not in the mood to price compare at other local plumbers, drive to Home Depot in San Francisco, call around, wait a week and then save what at the most $210.00 on a bathroom toilet on the first floor.

SO I told him to go ahead and repipe the bathroom toilet on the first floor for a better model: Kohler. He first arrived at my house at 9:05am. He left came back with new bathroom toilet, removed the old one, and in the toilet stalled the new one and he was finished by 12:40pm.

I have a 3 year warranty on the new bathroom toilet on the first floor that they can come back and fix for free. This was not very inexpensive, but it was not too outrageous. The plumbing service and drain cleaning service was most amazing.

So thats my story and I am very satisfied with their plumbing service and drain cleaning service.
