He offered me an upgraded version of what I already had or just the same type as before.
We chose for tank, and have to thank Max a San Francisco plumber for helping us decide in a neutral way.
We sent out a sewer solution consultant to find the issue underground.
He arrived on time and did an intensive job on my kitchen plumbing job and provided us a free guess for some loo plumbing issues that we would like him to fix in the future.

Sam and the plumbers at San Francisco plumber are really top notch. We had gotten four or five estimate prices from various companies to fix our broken sink in the kitchen. San Francisco plumber looked at the other estimate prices and told us which ones were crooks and which ones were legit. The thing that got our attention was the phrase “Even if you don’t go with us, DO NOT go with these plumbers.” Obviously San Francisco plumber got the bid. The three hour quote they gave us was finished in an hour and 10 minutes, and Sam even knocked off $30 because he was late. San Francisco plumber my friends, you plumbers are great.

After the guess, I scanned the reviews about them on Yap and made a decision to call Magic Plumbing San Francisco instead.
I asked Magic Plumbing San Francisco about his other specialties in case I had future problems - he does appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, restorations.
It was not inexpensive ( $100 for roughly twenty mins of work ) but good to understand it was not more major.
