Definitely got the job finished and it was not that dear.
They gave me a 3 hour block of when I could expect the tech but he was here in the first hour which was nice.
we had a consultation with Max a San Francisco plumber on tankless vs tank water heaters.
He’s not only awfully informed, but he was also extraordinarily polite and mannered when he came to do service on our home.

The old walls had kind of a sponged on aqua color. The new walls are a light gray/dirty white color that matches the flooring.

Who has not been screwed by a plumber?
Must not say enough about these blokes.
I eventually called a San Francisco plumber and was extremely happy with the reply time and the pro service.
They are plumbers yes but they went the additional mile and I appreciated it.

Inside the house the work goes on. Windows done, wiring and plumbing continues.
They were able to schedule someone to see me for a non- emergency plumbing situation the next day. Sam arrived about on time. I showed him the two bathroom shower problems. He said they were all easy and would not take long and would cost $175 for all three repairs, replacement parts included.
