They gave me a 3 hour block of when I could expect the tech but he was here in the first hour which was nice.

My man and I needed to let you know that Phil is the best Burlingame plumber we have ever had!

The blokes were friendly and essentially made some ideas of ways I could lower my heating bill - just things they noticed while there.

The plumbing work was a major renovation: new, bigger diameter copper water water piping brought up from street, entire apartment, kitchen, laundry room and both bathrooms, replumbed with copper water line, new gas lines for dryer the stove and firepipe a new hot water heater was in the toilet stalled.

They were on time, on budget were friendly and courteous and cleaned up well after themselves. They did a decent plumbing job.  However, in order to get a good plumbing job done, I needed to check their plumbing work every day.

This way, the dishwasher’s waste water and debris will run through the disposer, then the drain system; which will prevent clogged lines.

Test the wires with a continuity tester to be absolutely sure they’re “dead.

Use a “two-headed” shut-off if you’re also going to connect to a dishwasher.

I’m dedicating this review to all those here that believe there are
fake positive reviews for San Francisco plumbers. I rang these plumbers
after a toilet wax ringfailed beneath my bathroom toilet on the first
floor, subsequently leaking through the drywall ceiling of my
downstairs neighbor.  My HOA always uses another plumbing service who
quoted me 2 hours and $300 for the plumbing job.

I rang the best San Francisco plumber, they answered on the first ring
and agreed to meet me at my home the very next day AFTER PLUMBING WORK
at 5pm.   Just try finding a plumbing
and drain cleaning service that accommodates your plumbing job in San
Francisco. Sam arrived on time and was in and out of there in about 30
minutes.

Most amazing, fast, friendly and courteous, plumbing and drain cleaning
service…and at about a 1/3 of what the other plumbers quoted me.
