After the guess, I scanned the reviews about them on Yap and made a decision to call Magic Plumbing San Francisco instead.

I asked Magic Plumbing San Francisco about his other specialties in case I had future problems - he does appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, restorations.

It was not inexpensive ( $100 for roughly twenty mins of work ) but good to understand it was not more major.

The work was finished, and they even cleaned up after!

They considered another plumbing situation at my home for no further charge and endorsed a cheap solution I could perform myself, I’m happy with the service provided!

There was a bit of a mix-up when I thought one of the bathroom toilet on the first floor repairs wasn’t as complete as it should be.  I called Magic Plumbing San Francisco and Sam was scheduled to come out the next morning to look at it.  Late that night I fiddled with the bathroom toilet on the first floor and realized the problem I’d encountered would be a one in a thousand occurrence during normal use.  That constituted “fixed” in my book.

Later in the day I got a call from Sam that he had been standing outside my door waiting for five minutes and was going to wait for five more. I rang back to apologize profusely for the miss-communication.  But I appreciated the fact that he made every effort to try to make what he thought was the expected appointment.

The replacement parts he in the toilet stalled were better than the original.  His plumbing work was quick, professional and friendly and courteous.  Unlike the last shifty plumber who insisted a leaking shower diverter was the best that anyone could do.

I’d recommend Magic Plumbing San Francisco plumber for problems.  They do new plumbing in the toilet installations, too, but I have used them for a major home remodel project.
